Authors : Guellil Nacereddine .

Abstract

This paper addresses the penalties enforced by Algerian law and names the moral persons bearing a penal liability. Usually found in different laws, these penalties are Algerian, which maintained in line with the changes in the domestic laws despite severe criticism by jurisprudence and justice and the denial of recognizing and enshrining the penal liability of the moral persons. Given the increasing number of right persons in Algeria and their impact on the social, political, and economic spheres, this paper marks a fresh beginning in exploring the nature of the moral persons who have a penal liability, which calls for sanctions appropriate for their specificity and landscape.
