الملخص
تناولت الدراسة موضوعا يتعلق بأهم القوى المؤثرة في النظام السياسي الجزائري، في إطار مقاربة تحليلية ونقدية لأهم الفواعل التي تسيطر على سلطة اتخاذ القرار، استنادا إلى النصوص الدستورية، وصولا إلى الممارسة الفعلية لمختلف الصلاحيات، ويكون التركيز هنا على القوى الفعلية الرسمية دون الخفية، لأن الدراسة قانونية محضة، وفق ما نصت عليه دساتير الجزائر والتعديلات المصاحبة لها، للوقوف على مجمل التغيرات التي مست النظام السياسي الجزائري من أول دستور وضع لآخر تعديل عرفته البلاد ،لاستكشاف الثابت والمتغير فيه The study addresses a topic related to the most important forces influencing the Algerian political system, within the framework of an analytical and critical approach to the most important actors that control decision-making authority, based on constitutional texts, leading to the actual exercise of various powers. The focus here is on the actual official powers, not the hidden ones, because the study is purely legal, according to what is stipulated in the Algerian constitutions and the amendments accompanying them, to stand on the totality of the changes that affected the Algerian political system from the first constitution that was drawn up to the last amendment that the country knew.
