اتجاهات طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط نحو تخصص الإدارة والتسيير الرياضي

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف اتجاهات طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط نحو تخصص الإدارة والتسيير الرياضي، اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام استبيان وُزع على عينة شملت 100 طالب من السنة الأولى جذع مشترك، تناول البحث أسئلة تتعلق بوعي الطلبة بالمقاييس الأكاديمية، وتوفر المراجع العلمية، وكفاءة الأساتذة، ومدى معرفتهم بفرص العمل المستقبلية في هذا التخصص، أظهرت النتائج وجود رضا عام عن كفاءة الأساتذة وتوفر المراجع، مع ملاحظة ضعف في الإلمام بفرص العمل والتوجيه المهني، كما كشفت الدراسة عن تفاوت كبير في الشغف تجاه العمل في هذا المجال، إضافة إلى قلة القراءة الأكاديمية، أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الإرشاد المهني، وتنظيم ورش عمل لتعريف الطلبة بمجالات التخصص، وتشجيع ثقافة القراءة والبحث الأكاديمي. This study aims to explore the attitudes of students at the Institute of Sciences and Technologies of Physical and Sports Activities at Amar Telidji University in Laghouat towards the specialization of sports management and administration. The researchers employed a descriptive approach, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 100 first-year students from the common core. The research addressed questions related to students' awareness of academic standards, the availability of scientific references, the competence of professors, and their knowledge of future job opportunities in this specialization. The results showed general satisfaction with the competence of professors and the availability of references, with a noted weakness in knowledge about job opportunities and career guidance. The study also revealed significant disparity in students' passion for working in this field, along with a lack of academic reading. The study recommends strengthening career guidance, organizing workshops to introduce students to areas of specialization, and promoting a culture of reading and academic research.
