الملخص

ملخص:يدرس المقال آليات انتقال الجزائر من دولة ريعية إلى دولة منتجة أمام معوقات وتحديات الذهنية الريعية، التي تفشت كسلوك لدى الدولة والمجتمع، لذلك حدد المقال متطلبات الانتقال عبر هدم الثقافة الريعية، وتعزيز قيم الفعل والانجاز، وهو النهج الذي نهدف من خلاله لإبراز إرادة القيادة السياسية في الجزائر منذ 2019 لتبنيه عبر مختلف الآليات المتبعة، وخلصنا إلى أن كل هذا يحتاج إلى منهج متكامل (سياسي، اقتصادي واجتماعي) يوجه مستقبل الدولة الجزائرية نحو خدمة مداخيل الريع لارساء دولة الانتاج. Abstract: This article examines the mechanisms of Algeria's transition from a rentier state to a productive state, in the face of the obstacles and challenges of the rentier mentality, which has spread as a behavior of the state and society. Therefore, the article identifies the requirements of the transition through the destruction of the rentier culture and the promotion of the values of action and achievement, an approach through which we aim to highlight the will of the political leadership in Algeria since 2019 to adopt it through the various mechanisms followed, and we concluded that all this requires an integrated approach (political, economic and social) that guides the future of the Algerian state towards serving rentier incomes to establish a productive state.
