Provisions Of Civil Liability For Medical Errors

Abstract
One of the most noble human professions, the medical field seeks to maintain human health. The doctor's goal is to treat the human body as a human being with natural dignity. When carrying out medical treatments to cure individuals, a doctor has to act with great responsibility. While carrying out their responsibilities, the doctor is required to be careful, considerate, and attentive to their patients, therefore promising to provide great treatment. A doctor's civil responsibility results from medical mistakes if they neglect to treat patients with the required care. These mistakes either positive or negative actions the doctor performs during the practice of their profession that call legal responsibility under law.
