المرأة الاكاديمية ودورها في الجمعيات الخيرية

الملخص
الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف عن الدور الذي تلعبه المرأة الأكاديمية في الجمعيات الخيرية وذلك بعد تبوءها لمراكز مرموقة وهامة في شتى المجالات، وخاصة ظهورها اللافت في الجمعيات الخيرية ودورها الفعال فيها من خلال ابعاد مختلفة كالبعد الاكاديمي والبعد الاجتماعي والبعد المهني ،وتم اختيار المرأة الاكاديمية في ولاية وادي سوف كعينة لإجراءات البحث المعتمدة على الملاحظة والاستمارة ،حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ان المرأة الأكاديمية لها دور محوري في الجمعيات الخيرية من خلال نشرها للوعي بالقضايا التي تعمل عليها الجمعيات الخيرية وكذلك مساهمتها في ادارة مشاريعها من خلال التخطيط والتنظيم. الكلمات المفتاحية : المرأة الاكاديمية – الجمعيات الخيرية – نشر الوعي – التخطيط والتنظيم Abstract The study aims to address one of the phenomena that has spread in our Algerian society, which is that academic women hold prominent and important positions in various fields, especially their remarkable appearance in charitable societies and their effective role in them through various dimensions such as the academic dimension, the social dimension, and the professional dimension. Academic women in the state of eloued were chosen as a sample for research procedures based on observation and questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that academic women have a pivotal role in charitable societies by spreading awareness of the issues that charitable societies work on, as well as their contribution to the management of their projects through planning and organization.
