الملخص
أقبلت الدولة الزيانية كبقية دول بلاد المغرب الإسلامي على الوقف والحبس على المؤسسات الدينية والفكرية كالمساجد والزوايا والمدارس ، وتم تشجيع ذلك من قبل سلاطين بني زيان نتيجة عدة عوامل سياسية وعقدية وفكرية وحتى اجتماعية ومادية . ونتيجة لذلك برزت نهضة عمرانية وثقافية وتكافل اجتماعي استفادت منه السلطة الزيانية. Like other states in the Islamic Maghreb, the Ziyanid dynasty embraced the practice of endowments and waqfs (religious endowments) for religious and intellectual institutions such as mosques, zaouias, and madrasas. This practice was encouraged by the Zianid sultans due to several political, ideological, intellectual, and even social and material factors. This resulted in an urban and cultural renaissance and social solidarity, from which the Zianid dynasty benefited.
