During the two centuries (8 AH / 14 AD / 15 AD), Tlemcen knew an unparalleled scientific movement, which was matched by the various metropolises of Islamic countries, which made it a destination for students of knowledge who flocked to it from everywhere, and the scholars who taught in its famous schools migrated to it, which prompted the movement This is due to the interest of the sultans in these schools and taking care of them. They were establishing and renovating them, and endowing the confinement on them. They also take care of teachers and provide them with all successful ways to carry out their tasks to the fullest, and they provide housing and shelter for students and provide them with valuable books and manuscripts in various sciences, ( jurisprudence, interpretation, hadith and literature; mathematics, astronomy, logic, medicine...).
