دور الاتصال العمومي في تنشيط الوسط الشباني: دراسة ميدانية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية مستغانم

الملخص
خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الحملات الإعلامية، باعتبارها نمطًا فرعيًا من أنماط النظام الاجتماعي، تضطلع بوظائف وأدوار متنوعة تسهم في حل المشكلات ونشر الوعي، وذلك استجابة لتعقيدات الحياة الاجتماعية الحديثة وما أفرزته من آفات اجتماعية متنامية. وتبرز أهمية الحملات الإعلامية في قدرتها على مخاطبة جماهير متنوعة، وفي تأثيرها الواضح على تعديل السلوك الإنساني نحو الأهداف المرجوة من القائمين على الاتصال، كما تساهم في تشكيل الوعي الثقافي والاجتماعي والقيمي لدى فئات المجتمع، وعلى رأسها فئة الشباب. وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمنا المقابلة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات الميدانية، وذلك لفهم كيفية تفعيل الاتصال العمومي داخل المؤسسات، خاصة في ظل التوجهات الجديدة التي تشدد على قيم الحكم الراشد، والشفافية، والمشاركة المواطنية في السياسات العامة This study concluded that media campaigns, as a sub-system of the broader social system, play various roles and functions that contribute to problem-solving and raising awareness, especially in light of the complex social life that has led to the emergence of numerous issues and social scourges.The significance of media campaigns lies in their ability to address diverse audiences and their major role in influencing human behavior in the desired direction set by the campaign organizers. They also play a fundamental role in shaping cultural, social, and value-based awareness among members of society, particularly the youth. This study employed both descriptive and analytical methods and relied on interviews as the primary data collection tool to better understand how public communication is activated within institutions. The study highlights the importance of public communication as a key institutional practice within democratic societies that uphold the principles of good governance, transparency, citizen engagement, and participation in shaping and implementing public policies
