Abstract
The global world has witnessed a remarkable technological shift as we moved from the twentieth century into the twenty-first, with artificial intelligence standing out as a groundbreaking innovation whose standout features are the ability to make decisions and carry out tasks without needing human input. This technology has woven itself into many facets of our lives, from education and healthcare to security and justice. However, as we embrace these advancements, we also face new legal hurdles, particularly around who is held accountable for the actions and consequences of AI.
