Abstract
Abstract: The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming global power dynamics, challengingtraditionalhegemonieswhileamplifyingexistinginequalities. This paper examines the dual potential of AI: as a force that reshapes the dominance of established powers through technological advancement, and as a tool that deepens disparities between nations with varying levels of AI capability. AI-driven economic growth, military strategy, and digital governance are key areas where influence is being redefined—benefiting states with advanced AI infrastructures while marginalizing those lacking resources and technical expertise. Additionally, AI role in surveillance and information warfare raises ethical concerns and reinforces asymmetries in global control. Whether AI fosters a multi polar world order or entrenches sixteen hierarchies depends on governance frameworks, international cooperation, and equitable access to technological advancements. This study calls for strategic policies to mitigate AI-induced inequalities while leveraging gets potential to create a more balanced global system.
