Abstract

Islamic banking is widely known as a new mechanism for financing investment, Algeria has recently been involved in adopting this formula in support of financing methods and stimulating the investment movement, and we try in this research paper to identify the financing formulas adopted by these banks, and to identify the most important legal and regulatory challenges and obstacles that collide with it, especially in its relationship with the Central Bank, to put forward some solutions and proposals that will overcome these difficulties
