منهج الشيخ علي العزيزي في كتابه "السراج المنير بشرح الجامع الصغير

الملخص
حظي كتاب" الجامع الصغير من حديث البشير النذير" للسيوطي بالمكانة العليا، مما جعل العلماء يعتنون به، ويتسابقون إلى شرحه، ومن بينهم: علي العزيزي صاحب الشرح "السراج المنير شرح الجامع الصغير"، والذي امتاز شرحه بسهولة العبارة، دون إطالة أو إخلال، ولكنه لم يحظ بالدراسة، فجاء هذا البحث بهدف تجلية معالم منهج العزيزي في كتابه، اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وقد انتظم في مقدمة، ومبحثين وخاتمة، وتوصلنا في نهايته إلى بعض النتائج، من بينها: - تبنّي العزيزي لطريقة الشرح"المزجي"، الذي يجمع بين المتن والشرح في عبارة واحدة متكاملة. - ما ينقله العزيزي من رموز عن السيوطي في الحكم على الحديث، هو من كلام المناوي. - اعتناء العزيزي بذكر المصادر التي ذكرها السيوطي في كتابه، والزيادة عليها. ونوصي بتحقيق الكتاب والتوسّع في دراسته، مع التركيز على منهج العزيزي في الترجيح بين حكم المناوي والشعراني على الأحاديث. Abstract Al-Suyuti’s book “Al-Jami Al-Sagheer from the hadith of Al-Bashir Al-Nathir” gained the highest status, which made scholars take care of it, and race to explain it. Among these scholars: Ali Al-Azizi, the author of the book “Al-Siraj Al-Munir Sharh Al-Jami Al-Saghir”, which is characterized by the ease of expression, without lengthening or breaching, However, it was not studied and investigated, and this research came with the aim of clarifying the features of Al-Azizi’s approach in his book. The research adopted the inductive and analytical approaches and was organized into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. At the end of the research, we conclude this: - He adopted the "mixed" explanation, which combines the text and the explanation in one integrated phrase. - The symbols that Al-Azizi mentions in his ruling on the hadith and that he narrates on the authority of Al-Suyuti, are from the words of Al-Munawi. - Al-Azizi takes care to mention the sources mentioned by Al-Suyuti in his book, and even mentions additional sources. We recommend investigating the book and expanding and deepening its study, with a focus on knowing Al-Azizi’s approach to Weighting between Al-Munaawi and Al-Sha’arani in judging hadiths.
