Abstract: The tremendous development of the technological revolution, especially the field of communications, has led to the emergence of new forms of communication and interaction between individuals outside the familiar and traditional scope to a new world of virtual space, or what is called the metaverse, with its highly advanced services and transactions, where the simulated world of virtual reality that is generated by the computer merges into three Dimensions appear to the user looking through a special electronic device parallel to the physical world, to interact with it in a way that appears actual and parallel to the real world. This interaction with the rest of the individuals mostly takes place without legal and legislative controls, whether it is related to relationships between individuals or commercial and financial transactions..., Which makes the metaverse a fertile ground for criminal activities, and this constitutes a new challenge for the criminal law to address and confront them.
