الأمن الغذائي كسبيل للخروج من دوامة الفقر -دراسة تطبيقية-

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة دور الأمن الغذائي في التخفيف من الفقر، عبر تحليل الأقاليم المختلفة حول العالم؛ وبيان كيف يمكن لتحسين منظومة الغذاء أن تسهم في الحد من الفقر وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة، فالأمن الغذائي لا يقتصر على وفرة الطعام بل يشمل القدرة على الوصول اليه واستغلاله بطريقة صحية ومستدامة؛ مما ينعكس بشكل مباشر على المستوى المعيشي للأفراد، استند البحث على منهيجة تحليلية وصفية عبر التعرض إلى الجانب المفاهيمي لكل من الأمن الغذائي والفقر، إلى جانب الاستناد على تقارير المنظمات الدولية ومقارنة بين الأقاليم؛ توصلت النتائج إلى أن تحقيق الأمن الغذائي يرتبط بدعم الإنتاج المحلي وخلق فرص العمل، بالإضافة إلى تحسين السياسات الاقتصادية مما يساهم في تقليص الفقر، كما أوضحت الدراسة أن الأقاليم التي استثمرت في الزراعة المستدامة والبحث العلمي حققت تحسنا ملحوظا في مؤشرات الفقر. The research aims to examine the role of food security in alleviating poverty by analyzing different regions around the world and demonstrating how improving food systems can contribute to poverty reduction and the promotion of sustainable development. Food security is not limited to the availability of food but also encompasses access to it and its utilization in a healthy and sustainable manner, which directly impacts individuals' living standards. The study employed a descriptive analytical methodology, addressing the conceptual aspects of both food security and poverty, while also relying on international organization reports and regional comparisons, The findings revealed that achieving food security is linked to supporting local production, creating job opportunities, and improving economic policies, all of which contribute to poverty reduction. Moreover, the study showed that regions that invested in sustainable agriculture and scientific research achieved significant improvements in poverty indicators.
