الملخص
يركز المقال على مظاهر الجنوح المرتبط بالوسائط الرقمية، حيث أن استخدام الأطفال للأدوات والوسائط التكنولوجية دون رقابة أسرية يعد عاملًا محفّزًا لسلوكيات جانحة مثل التنمّر الإلكتروني، العنف، الإدمان الرقمي، والعزلة الاجتماعية. وغيرها. كما يعرض موقف القانون الجزائري من هذه الأفعال، ويُبرز الثغرات القانونية والتشريعية في حماية الطفل من الجرائم الإلكترونية ومخاطر الألعاب الرقمية. يختتم المقال بعرض إيجابيات وسلبيات البيئة الرقمية للأطفال، مع دعوة لتشريعات وقائية وتربوية متكاملة. Abstract: The article focuses on the manifestations of delinquency associated with digital media, as children's use of technological tools and media without parental supervision is a catalyst for delinquent behaviors such as cyberbullying, violence, digital addiction, and social isolation. It also presents the position of Algerian law on these acts and highlights legal and legislative loopholes in protecting children from cybercrimes and the dangers of digital games. The article concludes by presenting the pros and cons of the digital environment for children, calling for comprehensive preventative and educational legislation.
