The Legal Framework For The Parties To The Consumer Relationship (consumer And Professional)

Abstract

The consumer and the professional are considered the two main parties in the consumer relationship, and defining their concepts is of great importance because it entails knowing the scope of application of consumer legislation in terms of individuals. Therefore, defining the concept of the consumer must be justified, especially since we are talking about an exception so that consumer rules do not replace general rules in terms of application and function. Consumer protection laws primarily target these two parties and also determine the responsible person in dealing with the injured party.
