The Mechanisms Of E-management In Developing Public Health Services

Abstract
The entire world has entered an advanced stage within the horizons of the information age, leading to the emergence of new concepts in the field of management, including e-management. This concept aims to develop traditional business models to achieve optimal investment and create new opportunities by taking advantage of information and communication technologies (ICT) as a strategic tool to improve the quality of health services. The objective of this study is to explore the contribution of e-management in enhancing health services in public hospitals. It also seeks to identify the characteristics and goals of e-management, its significance in improving services in hospitals, as well as the main challenges and obstacles that hinder the advancement of public health services.
