الملخص
ملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة تقييم لوظيفة الكف المعرفي وأثره في التعرف على الحروف والكلمات المكتوبة عند المصاب بحبسة بروكا وقد تمت الدراسة على مجموعة تكونت من 05 حالات كلها مصابة بحبسة بروكا بدرجات متفاوتة حيث تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 43 إلى 59 باتباع المنهج الوصفي القائم على دراسة الحالة وقد اعتمدنا في التقييم النفس العصبي للكف المعرفي على اختبار الأجراس وبالنسبة للتعرف على الحروف والكلمات المكتوبة اعتمدنا على بطارية (86MT) " بند التعرف على الحروف والكلمات " المكيف على البيئة الجزائرية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الكف المعرفي له دور وأثر كبير في التعرف على الحروف والكلمات المكتوبة (تحقق الفرضية الرئيسية) وظهر ذلك من خلال نتائج الاختبارات المطبقة وتفسيرها على أن حبسي بروكا يعاني من اضطراب في المراقبة الانتباهية تؤدي إلى تأخر زمن الاستجابة في التعرف على الحروف والكلمات المكتوبة. كلمات مفتاحية: كف معرفي؛ تعرف على حروف وكلمات؛ حبسة بروكا. Abstract This study dealt with an evaluation of the cognitive function of the inhibition and its effect on recognizing letters and written words in a person with Broca's aphasia. The study was conducted on a group of 05 cases with Broca's aphasia to varying degrees, with their ages ranging from 43 to 59, by following the descriptive approach based on Case study. We relied on the bell test in the new to psychological evaluation of cognitive inhibition. and for recognizing letters and written words, we relied on a battery (MT86), “letter and word recognition item,” adapted to the Algerian environment. The results of the study reached that the cognitive inhibition has a significant role and impact in recognizing letters and written words. (The main hypothesis was fulfilled) and this was demonstrated through the results of the tests applied and their interpretation that the patients with Broca’s aphasia suffer from an attentional control disorder that leads to a delayed response time in recognizing Written letters and words.
