Using Contemporary Technological Means Through The Training Process For Team Sports

Abstract

This study aimed to understand the extent to which coaches rely on modern technology in team sports training. For this study, the researcher used the descriptive approach with a questionnaire that was applied to 20 trainers from the cities of Khamis Miliana and Miliana in Ain Defla Province. After analyzing the results, the researcher discovered that the lack of sufficient knowledge among trainers negatively affects their use of technology in training. He also found that the use of technology contributes positively to improving the quality of the training process.
