Abstract: The Article examines the challenges faced by the Institute of Physical and Sports Education in adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. It exposes a literature review and functioning as well as research problems, purpose and questions. Studies show that many teachers feel unprotected to integrate in their teaching practices due to lack of training, confidence and access to technology. Data complicates ethical concerns about privacy and complications of AI systems. Research emphasizes the need for comprehensive teacher training and institutional support to facilitate effective AI integration. Major findings indicate that while AI has the ability to increase personal learning and improve teaching efficiency, significant obstacles should be addressed to feel its benefits in sports education.
