Evaluating workers is considered a fundamental pillar in improving labor relations, as it is used to measure and manage workers' performance. Many labor laws have emphasized its importance in ensuring the stability of professional relationships and equal opportunities, leaving its details to self-regulation within institutions. With the development of emerging technologies, it has become possible to implement more accurate and transparent evaluation systems. Therefore, this study aimed to shed light on the extent of the impact of using emerging technologies on the process of evaluating workers, and to explore ways to ensure their responsible, ethical, and sustainable use to enhance the Q.W.L, by employing a descriptive approach to these technologies, along with analytical and comparative methods for labor legislation. The study concluded with a set of findings, the most notable of which is that regulatory mechanisms play a role in the effectiveness of this process.
