الملخص
يتناول المقال السياسات الاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية التي مارستها الإدارة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر، من خلال تدمير الزراعة المعاشية والحرف التقليدية، وسياسة التنكيل بالمعلمين والأساتذة، مما دفعهم إلى الهجرة، وتدمير كل المؤسسات التعليمية والمكتبات، وطمس معالم التعليم العربي، وتجاهل غالبية الشعب، وتنفيذ مخططات تعليمية تخدم مصالحها لإكمال سيطرتها على الجزائر. The article discusses the economic, cultural and social policies waged by the French colonial administration in Algeria, through the destruction of subsistence agriculture and traditional crafts, the policy of brutalizing teachers and professors, which forced them to emigrate, the destruction of all educational institutions and libraries, the obliteration of the features of Arab education, the ignoring of the majority of the people, and the implementation of educational plans that served its interests to complete its control over Algeria
