الملخص

في خضم التغير الذي يعرفه المجتمع الجزائري ومن أجل تنويع قاعدته الاقتصادية ودفع عجلة الاقتصاد إلى الأمام، أصبح من الضروري الاهتمام بموضوع المقاولاتية، فلم يعد مجال المقاولاتية حكرا على مجال الاقتصاد بل امتد إلى مجالات أخرى خاصة المقاولاتية الاجتماعية والتي تعتبر حقل من حقول علم الاجتماع. وفي هذا السياق، نحاول التطرق إلى موضوع المقاولاتية الاجتماعية والعمل الاجتماعي وفق مقاربة سوسيو- ثقافية للمقاول الاجتماعي مركزين في ذلك على تحليل العوامل الثقافية والاجتماعية التي تؤثر في تشكيل المقاول الاجتماعي، كدور الهابيتوس من خلال مفهوم الحقل ( رأس المال الثقافي، الاجتماعي، القيم)ـ ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت ورقتنا البحثية التي تهدف إلى توضيح الرؤية حول الخصائص والدوافع التي تساهم في خلق المقاول الاجتماعي من خلال الكشف عن الخلفيات السوسيو- ثقافية، مما يعزز دور المقاول الاجتماعي ويمكنه من انشاء منظمات وجمعيات مستقلة ذات دور فعال في المجتمع المدني باعتبار المقاول الاجتماعي كمحرك للتنمية المستدامة، إضافة إلى خلق فرص للشغل داخل سوق العمل. In the midst of the change that Algerian society is experiencing, and in order to diversify its economic base and push the economy forward, it has become necessary to pay attention to the issue of entrepreneurship, and the field of entrepreneurship is no longer limited to the field of economics, but rather has expanded to other fields, especially social entrepreneurship, which is considered a field of sociology. In this context, we are trying to address the issue of social entrepreneurship and social work according to a socio-cultural approach to the social entrepreneur, focusing on analyzing the cultural and social factors that affect the formation of the social entrepreneur, such as the role of habitus through the concept of the field (cultural, social capital, values). From this standpoint came our research paper, which aims to clarify the vision about the characteristics and motives that contribute to the creation of the social entrepreneur by revealing the socio-cultural backgrounds, which enhances the role of the social entrepreneur and enables him to establish independent organizations and associations with an effective role in civil society, considering the social entrepreneur as a driver. For sustainable development, in addition to creating job opportunities within the labor market.
