Cyber Security In Algeria: A Strategic Approach To Address Regional Challenges And Strengthen National Sovereignty

Abstract

This study aims to define the cyber security policy and its importance in protecting countries from various regional threats. It also seeks to study the potential effects of cyber-attacks and the devastating consequences that they may cause for the entities and economies of countries. On the other hand, the study concluded the need to present a strategy of cyber deterrence as a mechanism to enhance and protect national security, because it can provide protection for databases and information on the one hand, as well as to ensure the continuity of international cooperation for Algeria on the other hand.
