Abstract
Abstract: In the contemporary era, the importance of work ethics is widely acknowledged as a crucial aspect in any professional field. In view of the specificities of the educator's profession, which entails a multiplicity of duties, tasks, and responsibilities towards oneself, one's institutions, and one's society, the possession of professional ethics by educators is of the utmost importance. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to present the most significant aspects of this topic in a manner that enables the educator to read and benefit from them in order to achieve social responsibility. This is considered one of the most significant challenges faced by institutions specializing in the insurance sector. By achieving excellence and contributing positively to the health and well-being of society, the institution can overcome this challenge. Keywords: work ethics ; social responsibility ; educator’s job ; specialized institutions. ملخص: من المسلم به على نطاق واسع في العصر المعاصر أهمية أخلاقيات العمل كجانب حاسم في أي مجال مهني. ونظراً لخصوصيات مهنة المربي التي تنطوي على تعدد الواجبات والمهام والمسؤوليات تجاه الذات والمؤسسات والمجتمع، فإن امتلاك المربي لأخلاقيات المهنة يكتسب أهمية قصوى. وعليه، فإن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو عرض أهم جوانب هذا الموضوع بشكل يمكّن المربي من قراءتها والاستفادة منها لتحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ويعتبر هذا الموضوع من أهم التحديات التي تواجهها المؤسسات المتخصصة حيث يمكنها من تحقيق التميز والمساهمة الإيجابية في صحة المجتمع ورفاهيته . كلمات مفتاحية: أخلاقيات العمل، المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وظيفة المربي، المؤسسات المتخصصة.
