Attitudes Of Upcoming Graduates Towards Unemployment Benefit A Practical Study On A Sample Of Master’s Students In Sociology Mohamed El Bachir El Ibrahimi University -bordj Bou Arreridj-

Abstract

The study aims to identify the attitudes of students about to graduate towards the unemployment grant, which was introduced in recent years by the President of the Republic, as a precautionary measure to mitigate the effects of the unemployment phenomenon in Algerian society. The non-random sampling method - intentional (intentional) sampling - was relied upon, as the number of sample items reached 45 items. The descriptive approach was employed, and its purpose is to collect various information about the phenomenon and describe it by using a questionnaire to measure trends according to the five-point Likert model for all data from the respondents. The current study reached a set of results, the most important of which is: unemployment is a negative phenomenon that has affected society in general and university graduates in particular, and has negatively affected the individual and society. Also, the attitudes of students about to graduate towards the recently introduced unemployment grant were neutral. تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو منحة البطالة، المستحدثة في السنوات الأخيرة من طرف رئيس الجمهورية، كإجراء احترازي للتخفيف من آثار ظاهرة البطالة في المجتمع الجزائري، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أن البطالة ظاهرة سلبية مست المجتمع عامة، والخريجين الجامعيين بالخصوص، وأثرت سلبا على الفرد والمجتمع، كما أن اتجاهات الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو منحة البطالة كانت على الحياد.
