L'article est un rapport d'archives, un mémorandum de la Direction de la Santé Publique au Gouverneur Général d'Algérie, sur les débuts du centre de cancérologie pendant l'époque coloniale après la Seconde Guerre mondiale et avant la révolution. The article is an archival report, a memorandum from the Directorate of Public Health to the Governor General of Algeria, on the beginnings of the cancer center during the colonial era after World War II and before the revolution. المقال عبارة عن تقرير أرشيفي، وهو عبارة عن مذكرة من مديرية الصحة العمومية إلى الوالي العام للجزائر حول بدايات مركز السرطان أثناء الحقبة الاستعمارية ما بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية وقبيل الثورة التحريرية.
