تعديل الاعتمادات المستندية طبقًا للأصول والأعراف الدولية الموحدة للاعتمادات المستندية (النشرة 600)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة آلية تعديل الاعتماد المستندي طيقا للأصول والأعراف الدولية الموحدة للاعتماد المستندية مستندين إلى ذلك الى ما جاءت به النشرة 600 من قواعد وإجراءات جديدة تنظم هاته الإلية باعتبارها اخر إصدار من هاته الأصول والأعراف كما ركزت الدراسة إلى تبيان مسؤولية كل إطراف الاعتماد المستندي في تعديل الاعتماد المستندي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن النشرة 600 وفرت إطارا قانونيا وتنظيميا يسمح بإجراء عمليات تعديل الاعتماد المستندي بسهولة ووضوح بشرط وجود تفاهم بين كل أطراف الاعتماد المستندي وتقيد كل طرف بمسؤوليته عند تنفيذ شروط تعديل الاعتماد المستندي This study aims to examine the mechanism of amending letters of credit in accordance with the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP), with specific reference to the provisions of UCP 600—the latest revision of these rules and procedures. The research focuses on elucidating the responsibilities of each party involved in the letter of credit when it comes to amendments. The study concludes that UCP 600 provides a clear and structured legal and regulatory framework that facilitates the amendment process of letters of credit, provided that all parties involved reach a mutual understanding and each party adheres to its respective obligations during the implementation of the amendment terms.
