الملخص
Abstract: This research deals with one of the new concepts in contemporary political philosophy, which is the borders of democracy. So , Balibar Etienne , analysis these borders crisis , and critics its new conflicts such as New Apartheid , Citizens / Subjects , Xenophobia ,Institutions / Freedom , International Violence , Wars…etc. . For this purpose, he establishes a philosophical approach based on the Democratisation of borders. We have to analyse and critic this thesis, if it is concrete or impossible to realize due to global political conflicts and globalization effects
