الملخص

الملخص : تهدف دراستنا الراهنة الى الكشف عن أهم المشكلات و أزمات المستعصية و المتمثلة في أزمة السكن و الإسكان ، و ما نتج عنها من تأثيرات متعددة من حيث النوعية و كم ، و ذلك من خلال استعرضنا لعنصرين مهمين هما واقع السياسة السكنية في الجزائر في ظل مخططات التنموية التي سطرتها السلطات الجزائرية لقضاء على مشكلة السكن التي أرقت كاهل الدولة ، مستدلين بأهم المعطيات الرقمية الذي يبينها السياق التاريخي ،و من جهة أخرى إبراز أهم الإنجازات و الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الدولة المتمثلة في البرامج السكنية المطروحة التي التزمت بها كحل لهذه الأزمة . الكلمات المفتاحية: البرنامج – السكن – البرامج السكنية – السياسة السكنية : abstract: Our current study aims to reveal the most important problems and intractable crises represented by the housing and housing crises and the resulting multiple impacts in terms of quality and quantity ; through Our review of two important elements: The reality of housing policy and the urban network in algeria in light of the devlopment plans draw up by the algeria authorities to advance the housing sector. And eliminating this organizationl problem ;which has become a societal problem from which many citizens suffer ; citing the most important data and quantitative evidence shown by the historical context; and on the other hand ; highlighting most of فhe achievements and measures taken by the state represented by the proposed housing programs that it has commited to has asoloution to this crises.
