العلامة ودلالات العنف والجريمة (دراسة سيميائية لنماذج مختارة)

الملخص
الملخص: إن العلامة بوصفها انعكاسا لمدركات الأفراد وتصوراتهم عن أنفسهم وعن العالم من حولهم جزء لا يتجزأ من بنية أي مجتمع، فهي أداة بيد أفراده يحفظون بها تاريخهم وثقافاتهم وينقلون بها أفكارهم أيديولوجياتهم فيؤثرون ويتأثرون بها، من هذه النقطة تتجلى أهمية هذه الدراسة التي تعنى بدراسة تجليات العنف والجريمة في العلامة الاجتماعية، من خلال دراسة سيميائية لنماذج مختارة من صلب المجتمع الجزائري، إضافة إلى ذلك تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على السيميائيات الجنائية بوصفها تخصصا بينيا ناشئا يعنى بدراسة العلامة بوصفها دليلا جنائيا يمكن أن يسهم في إثبات جريمة ما أو نفيها. وقد خلصت دراستنا إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها ضرورة التوعية بخطورة العلامة الاجتماعية وقوة تأثيرها، إضافة إلى ضرورة الاستعانة بالتحليل السيميوجنائي في الميدان القضائي. The sign, as a reflection of individuals’ perceptions and conseptions about themselves and words, around them, is an integral part of the structure of any society. It is a tool in the hands of its members through which they preserve their history and cultures, and convey their ideas and ideologies, influencing and being influenced by them. From this point, the importance of this study emerges, focusing on the manifestations of violence and crime in social signs, through a semiotic study of selected models from the core of Algerian society. Additionally, this study sheds light on forensic semiotics as an emerging interdisciplinary field concerned with studying the sign as forensic evidence that can contribute to proving or disproving a crime. Our study concluded with several findings, most notably the need to raise awareness about the dangers of social signs and their powerful influence, in addition to the necessity of employing semiotic-forensic analysis in the judicial field.
