Abstract
Corruption, with its various manifestations, is no longer according to the same state, but rather it is to become an international dimension, just as the confidence of individuals is low in the task that the state entrusted to employees and the seriousness of bribery, as the Algerian legislator criminalized it for its association with the world of money and business and being a hidden face for other crimes, including the crime of money laundering, and from it here it was taken this crime. Another curve for its association with economic changes from here has become a concern for members of society and the state
