The Arabic Modernist Hermeneutics And The Mechanism Of De-sanctifying The Religious Text

Abstract
The study aims to criticize some of the interpretation mechanisms employed by the Arab modernists in order to open the meaning of the legal texts to several readings, as they relied on some verbal interpretation approaches in order to argue for the humanization of the text and the removal of its holiness and the impact of reality on it, especially with the Mu’tazilit theory of the creation of the Qur’an to confirm the claim of the existence of two levels of revelation (divine and transcendent).And (human incarnate), (eternal and created).
