الملخص

سعى الإنسان منذ وجوده على كوكب الأرض إلى كل ما هو مستحدث، وذلك عن طريق الاكتشاف والتطوير بمقولة الحاجة أم الاختراع، خاصة ما تعلق بصناعة التقنيات الذكية الحديثة التي تساعده في حياته اليومية وتحسن منها، وإلى الآن تم تطوير عدة اختراعات حديثة استفاد منها الإنسان لنفسه أولا ولغيره ثانيا، وقد وصل التطور اليوم إلى اختراع أحدث تقنيات أسلحة الذكاء الاصطناعي منها الأسلحة الذكية ذاتية التشغيل التي تستعمل عسكريا في إطار الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة الدولية مثل الروبوتات فائقة الذكاء والسرعة في أداء المهام العسكرية أحسن من الإنسان نفسه، لكن مثلما هي تساعده في أداء بعض المهام المستعصية، قد تنتقل إلى سلاح فتاك يؤذيه نظرا لتطور ذكائها وعدم تحكم الإنسان فيها، ولهذا سيكون الهدف من هذا الموضوع دراسة أسلحة الذكاء الاصطناعي في القانون الدولي ومدى تكيف الإنسان معها بمميزاتها وحتى عيوبها، والنتائج المترتبة عن استقلاليتها دون تدخل الإنسان في استخدامها وعواقب أضرارها مستقبلا.Since the dawn of humanity, people have sought innovation to meet their needs, particularly in the development of smart technologies that enhance daily life. Today advancements have led to the creation of artificial intelligence weapons, such as autonomous military systems and highly intelligent robots that surpass human capabilities in executing tasks. While these technologies offer significant benefits in solving complex challenges, they also pose a potential threat if humans lose control due th their advanced capabilities. This topic aims to explore ai weapons under international law, assess humanity ability to adapt to their advantages and disadvantages, and analyze the implications of their autonomy and potential risks they may pose in future. Depuis le début de humanité, les hommes ont toujours cherche a innover pour répondre a leurs besoins, notamment a travers le développement de technologies intelligentes qui améliorent la vie quotidienne. Les progrès récents ont permis la creation d’armes basées sur l’intelligence artificielle, comme les systèmes militaires autonomes. capable surpasser les capacités humaines dans l’exécution des taches. Bien que ces technologies offrent des avantages considérables dans la résolution de problèmes complexes, elles posent également une menace potentielle aux humains en raison de leurs capacités avancées.
