Abstract
تلعب البراغماتية في تحليل الخطاب للسياقات الإعلامية والرسائل السياسية في العراق دورًا حاسمًا في وضع استراتيجيات الاتصال السياسي. وهكذا، يكمن الخطاب عند تقاطع الخطابة واللغويات والسياسة. تركز هذه الدراسة على فحص أعمال الكلام المستخدمة في وسائل الإعلام والرسائل السياسية في العراق واستكشاف كيفية تعاملها مع الخطاب العملي . ستخدم هذا البحث تحليل الخطاب النقدي (CDA) لدراسة العلاقة بين اللغة والقوى الاجتماعية. يركز هذا النهج على كيفية استخدام اللغة لتشكيل الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي، وكيف يمكن أن تكون هذه اللغة وسيلة لتأسيس أو تحدي الهيمنة والسلطة. وجد البحث أن النية في الاتصال تمثل عنصرًا عمليًا يلعب دورًا حاسمًا في وقت معين في عملية الاتصال. يشكل الخطاب نقطة اهتمام مركزية . ان المفاهيم حول اللغة المرتبطة بالبراغماتية تحول الخطاب العادي إلى نشاط خطاب منسق مع أبعاد لغوية معيارية. كما أشار البحث إلى أن تحليل الخطاب العملي في وسائل الإعلام والرسائل السياسية في العراق يكشف عن تفاعل معقد بين اللغة والسياسة، حيث يتم استخدام الاستراتيجيات الخطابية وأعمال الكلام لتوجيه الرأي العام وبناء الهوية الاجتماعية والطائفية وتحقيق الأهداف السياسية. الكلمات الرئيسية: البراغماتية ؛ تحليل الخطاب، أفعال الكلام، السياقات الإعلامية، الرسائل السياسية، العراق Abstract Pragmatics in discourse analysis of media contexts and political messages in Iraq plays a crucial role in creating political communication strategies. Thus, discourse lies at the intersection of rhetoric, linguistics, and politics. This study focuses on examining speech acts used in media and political messages in Iraq and exploring how they deal with pragmatic discourse. This research used Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) to study the relationship between language and social forces. This approach focuses on how language is used to shape social and political reality, and how this language can be a means of establishing or challenging dominance and power. The research found that intention in communication represents a pragmatic element that plays a crucial role at a certain time in the communication process. Discourse constitutes a central point of interest in social and political fields. Concepts about language associated with pragmatics transform ordinary rhetoric into a coordinated speech activity with normative linguistic dimensions. The research also indicated that the analysis of pragmatic discourse in media and political messages in Iraq reveals a complex interaction between language and politics, where rhetorical strategies and speech acts are used to steer public opinion, construct social and sectarian identity, and achieve political goals.
