الملخص
ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في دور الرقمنة لتعزيز جودة التعليم العالي في الجامعة الجزائرية وذلك نظرا للدور الفعال الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، في تحديث العملية التعليمية الأكاديمية (التعليم عن بعد، التعليم الإلكتروني، رقمنه المناهج الدراسية)، إضافة إلى العملية الإدارية (تسهيل التعاملات الإدارية)، لاسيما في ظل التطور التكنولوجي والثورة المعلوماتية التي فرضت على أغلب القطاعات، لعل قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي هو إحدى أهم المرتكزات التي تتبنى عملية التقدم التكنولوجي بصفة عامة والتوجه نحو الرقمنة بصفة خاصة، وقد أولت الجامعة الجزائرية إهتماما بالغا لإستخدام الرقمنة من خلال إدراج مجموعة من المنصات المتعامل بها، بغية تجسيد وتعزيز مفهوم الجودة على مستوى مؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وتوصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أهمها ضرورة التوجه نحو عملية الرقمنة باعتبارها ألية ضرورية لتحقيق وتعزيز الجودة على مستوى التعليم العالي من خلال رفع المستوى العلمي والأكاديمي، إلى أن هذا التوجه تحكمه مجموعة من التحديات والعراقيل التي تقف دون التطبيق الأمثل لعملية الرقمنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقمنة- الجودة – التعليم العالي- الجامعة الجزائرية. Abstract : This study aims to investigate the role of digitization in enhancing the quality of higher education at the Algerian university, regarding the effective role played by information and communication technology in modernizing the academic educational process (remote education, e-learning, digitizing curricula), in addition to the administrative process (facilitating administrative transactions), especially in light of the technological development and the information revolution that was imposed on most sectors. The higher education and scientific research sector might be one of the most important foundations that embrace the process of technological progress in general and the trend towards digitization in particular Thus, the Algerian University has paid great attention to the use of digitization through Including a group of platforms used scientific research. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the necessity of moving towards the digitization process as a necessary mechanism to achieve and enhance quality at the level of higher education by raising the scientific and academic level. This trend is governed by a set of challenges and obstacles that prevent the optimal application of the digitization process. Keywords: Digitization - Quality- Highe education - Algerian university.
