التوثيق في المقال العلمي القانوني بنظام Apa المتاح على برنامج المايكروسوفت وورد.

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: استخدام نظام توثيق المراجعAPA في المقال العلمي اليوم يكتسب المزيد من الأهمية، من خلال اشتراطه كنظام للتوثيق من قبل معظم المجلات العلمية المصنفة، من منطلق أنه برنامج آلي تقني متاح على برامج المايكروسوفت وورد يسمح بتوحيد منهج التوثيق العالمي، مما يوفر مرونة أكبر في إدارة المراجع ويوفر الوقت والجهد ويقلل من الأخطاء المحتملة في التنسيق، مما يسمح لهم بالتركيز بشكل أكبر على محتوى البحث وكذا سهولة احالته على مراجع الالكترونية المستخدمة في البحث، تماشيا والمكتبة الالكترونية المعاصرة. فكان لا بد من سعي الجامعات والمجلات العلمية إلى ايجاد نظامها المكيف الخاص بها، من نظام التوثيق في المتن بما يخدم خصوصية المراجع المعتمد عليها ويحافظ على تقاليد المنهجية في التوثيق لحفظ الامانة العلمية ، كما هو معمول به في كبرى الجامعات الدولية وكذا تعزيز البرامج البيداغوجية الرقمية والتدريب والتوعية لمحو الامية الرقمية عامة وتكثيف جهودها في تدريب الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدام نظام APA الإصدار السابع وأدوات المايكروسوفت وورد النسخ الحديثة المخصصة للتوثيق خاصة. Abstract: The adoption of the APA citation style in law scientific Article writing is gaining more importance today, as it’s required as a documentation system by most classified scientific journals. This is because it’s a technical and automated program Available on Microsoft Word , that allows for the unification of the documentation methodology globally, This offers greater flexibility in managing references, saves time and effort, and reduces potential formatting errors, thereby allowing researchers to focus more on the content of their research as well as the ease of referring to the electronic references used in the research in line with the contemporary electronic library. Consequently, it has become necessary for universities and scientific journals to seek their own adapted in-text citation systems that cater to the specific nature of their relied-upon references and preserve methodological traditions for maintaining academic integrity, as is the practice in major international universities. This necessitates the promotion of digital pedagogical programs, training, and awareness for general digital literacy, and the intensification of efforts to train students and faculty members on the use of the APA 7th edition and modern Microsoft Word tools specifically designed for referencing.
