انعكاسات التهديدات العابرة للحدود على الأمن الوطني في منطقة الساح الافريقي

الملخص
ملخص. تحاول الدراسة تسليط الضوء على التهديدات الأمنية المتنامية في منطقة الساحل الأفريقي، من خلال تتبع لمختلف المسببات والعوامل التي ساهمت في تزايد حدتها سواء تعلق بالعوامل الداخلية أو الخارجية، مرورا بدراسة تداعيات هذه التهديدات ودرجة تاثيرها على الأمن الوطني لمختلف دول منطقة الساحل. لقد شكل الفشل الوظيفي لأغلب دول منطقة الساحل الأفريقي من بين أهم العوامل المسببة لتنامي مختلف التهديدات الأمنية في المنطقة، حيث أن هشاشة البيئة الأمنية في المنطقة من خلال عدم قدرة الدولة على فرض سيطرتها وسلطتها على كامل إقليمها الجغرافي جعل منها سرحا مناسبا لبروز وتنامي مختلف هذه التهديدات من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى سهولة انتقالها خارج حدود الدولة، بل اكثر من ذلك أين استطاعت العديد من الجماعات المتطرفة إقامة مناطق حرة عجزت الدولة الوطنية من فرض سلطتها عليها، وهو ما شكل تهديدا كبيرا على أمن واستقرار منطقة الساحل بأكملها. Abstract: The study attempts to shed light on the growing security threats in the African Sahel region, by tracking the various causes and factors that contributed to their increase, whether related to internal or external factors, through studying the implications of these threats and the degree of their impact on the national security of the various Sahel countries. The functional failure of most countries in the Sahel region has been among the most important factors causing the growth of various security threats in the region, as the fragility of the security environment in the region through the inability of the state to impose its control and authority over its entire geographical region has made it an appropriate dismissal for the emergence and growth of various threats. On the one hand, and on the other hand, its ease of movement outside the borders of the state, but more than that, where many extremist groups were able to establish free zones over which the national state was unable to impose its authority, which posed a great threat to the security and stability of the entire Sahel region.
