Decentralization: As Option For Activating Local Development (underdeveloped States Experiences)

Abstract
Abstract: Decentralization to stimulate local development, which is the foundation of comprehensive national development. In this regard, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has adopted this approach by preparing reports and drafting decentralization reform codes to support the experiences of developing and underdeveloped Complex states rely on a decentralized approach to governance and public management. Since national development is the primary concern of various countries, an international trend has emerged to encourage the move toward countries in this approach. Accordingly, these research papers aim to conceptualize the study's variables and determine the extent to which the relationship between decentralization and local development is theoretically realized. They then move to the analysis phase, drawing on some international experiences in this field. .
