Tribal Administrative Control Of Polluting Industrial Activities

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the contribution of tribal administrative control of polluting industrial activity towards achieving balance and harmony between the people's right to engage in various industrial activities, and the role of the state in protection of the environment from pollution and the public health from the dangers of that, provided the administrative power is committed to upholding the legislation covering industrial activity A healthy use outside of discrimination and replication, Because achieving balance and protecting the environment and health of individuals is not just limited to the existence of law per se, but to its ways of application and to what extent the apply such a law to everyone, even the administration.
