Investment Deposit: A Method To Encourage Deposits In The Algerian Banking System

Authors : Boufama Samira .

Abstract

Investment deposits are considered one of the key incentives for attracting funds to commercial banks. The Islamic banking sector has witnessed significant development both locally and internationally, making it an ethical and strategic alternative to the interest-based financial system, which has contributed to global financial crises. As a result, many countries have adopted Islamic financing models within their financial frameworks. This research aims to highlight the role of investment deposits as a key incentive tool for depositors within the framework of conventional and Islamic finance.
