التنمية المستدامة: التحديات واستراتيجية المواجهة

الملخص
الملخص تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مسار تطور فكرة التنمية والدوافع التي أدت لحدوث هذا التطور،مع التركيز على التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق النموذج الذي يلبي احتياجات الأجيال الحالية دون إلحاق الضرر بالأجيال القادمة أو حرمانهم من تلبية احتياجاتهم على أساس من العدالة والمساواة، ثم تسليط الضوء على الآليات والسبل التي يتوجب انتهاجها للوصول إلى هذا المفهوم. وقد تمّ التوصل إلى أن مفهوم التنمية المستدامة يقوم على أبعاد رئيسية وثانوية، ويتطلب تحقيقها العمل ضمن مجالات مختلفة. وتحقيقها يرتبط بقضايا اقتصادية واجتماعية وبيئية، وهذا ما جعل التحديات تتعدد وتتنوع باختلاف أبعادها؛ مما دفع لضرورة تبني آليات على المستوى الوطني والدولي مبنية على التعاون والمشاركة الجماعية. Abstract: This research paper aims to highlight the evolution of the concept of development and the motivations that led to this evolution. The emphasis is on the challenges facing the realization of a model that meets the needs of current generations without harming future generations or depriving them of meeting their needs based on justice and equality. The paper also sheds light on the mechanisms and means that must be adopted to achieve this concept. It has been concluded that the concept of sustainable development is based on primary and secondary dimensions, requiring action within various fields. Its achievement is linked to economic, social, and environmental issues, leading to diverse and multifaceted challenges. This necessitates the adoption of mechanisms at both national and international levels built on cooperation and collective participation.
