الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التأسيس للبنى التحتية للقطاع الثالث، باعتباره يشكّل ثلث اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة من حيث الأهمية الاقتصادية والمالية، وقد تم اعتماد أسلوب تركيبي لكل مركبات البنية التحية وتوصيف الحاجة لإسناد العمل التطوعي بمثل تلك الأذرع المتكاملة من حيث الوظيفة والأداء، لذا عالجت الدراسة إشكالية ضرورة وأهمية مسائل البنى التحتية للقطاع الثالث، معالجة وصفية تحليلية ليتم التوصل إلى تحديد مختلف الهيئات والوظائف الملحقة بها التي تسمح للقطاع الثالث بممارسة دوره الاقتصادي والمالي بفعالية أكثر، وهي أهم نتيجة تم التوصّل إليها من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية The study aimed at establishing the infrastructure of the third sector, constituting one third of developed countries' economies of economic and financial importance.
