This study investigates how Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices contribute to achieving organizational excellence within Jeddah’s First Industrial City. Employing a descriptive analytical approach, the research focused on four key dimensions: green performance management, green training, green remuneration, and green recruitment. The study population comprised the 1,025 operational factories in the First Industrial City, from which a simple random sampling technique was used to select participants. Based on the study’s parameters, a sample of 278 responses was deemed appropriate for analysis. The findings revealed that, while green performance management did not exhibit a statistically significant impact, other dimensions—particularly green recruitment, training, and remuneration—had a positive influence on organizational excellence. As a result, the study recommends strengthening these GHRM practices as a strategic pathway toward sustainability and improved organizational performance
