الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع قياس العلاقة التكاملية ما بين الإستثمار في رأسمال البشري و القدرات الإنتاجية للاقتصاد الجزائري بحيث نجاح أي اقتصاد على المستوى الكلي وفي أي مؤسسة على المستوى الجزئي في الاستثمار الجيد والفعال في تكوين وتدريب المهارات حيث استخدمنا في إطار النموذج القياسي (الانحدار الخطي البسيط) حسب الدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع، وللوصول إلى نتائج مرضية في إجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة، وتوصلنا إلى أن الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري له اثر إيجابي على القدرات الانتاجية بناءا على معنوية الاختبارات. This research paper addresses the topic of measuring the integrative relationship between investment in human capital and the productive capacities of the Algerian economy. The success of any economy at the macro level and any institution at the micro level depends on good and effective investment in the formation and training of skills. We used the standard model (simple linear regression) based on studies that have addressed this topic. To reach satisfactory results in answering the posed problem, we found that investment in human capital has a positive effect on productive capacities based on the significance of the tests.
