الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع أهم الأدوات والأساليب المتّبعة في عملية حفظ وتأهيل التراث المعماري باعتباره موردا أساسيا في إبراز أهمية المدن والمباني الأثرية تاريخيا، ثقافيا، جماليا، واقتصاديا، مع مراعاة مختلف السياسات والخطط المبرمجة في إعداد مشاريع إعادة تأهيل المباني التاريخية، وكذا إبراز دور المشاريع التنموية وتدخلاتها في مجال حفظ وتثمين التراث المعماري، مع إلقاء الضوء على دور استدامة التراث المعماري ودمجه ضمن متطلبات مشاريع الاستثمار الاقتصادي، وبعد عملية التمحيص، والتحليل، لمختلف الدراسات السابقة، تم الوصول إلى بعض النتّائج المتوخّاة من هذه الدّراسة وهي: تحديد أهمية استراتيجية الحفظ المستدام في عملية تثمين التراث المعماري وحمايته، وتحديد أدوات دمج التراث المعماري ضمن متطلّبات التنمية المستدامة، وأيضا إبراز أهّم الإجراءات التنظيمية والتقنية في عملية إعادة تأهيل التراث المعماري . Abstract: This research aims to develop the most important Tools and Methods used in the process of Preserving and Rehabilitating Urban Heritage as it is an essential resource in highlighting the importance of cities and Archaeological Buildings Historically, culturally, aesthetically, and economically, taking into account the various policies and plans programmed in preparing projects to rehabilitate historical buildings, as well as highlighting the role of the projects. Development and its interventions in the field of preserving and valorizing urban heritage, while shedding light on the role of sustaining urban heritage and integrating it into the requirements of economic investment projects. After the process of scrutiny and analysis of various previous studies, some of the results expected from this study were reached, which are: Determine the importance of a Sustainable Conservation Strategy in the process of valuing and protecting urban heritage, Identifying tools for integrating urban heritage into the requirements of sustainable development. - Highlighting the most important organizational and technical procedures in the process of rehabilitating urban heritage.
