الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر البحر بيئة شاسعة تتطلب تنظيما دقيقا للحفاظ عليها سواء من الناحية الجغرافية أو من حيث الروابط التي تساهم في تعزيزها خاصة تلك المتعلقة بالاقتصاد والسياحة والمجتمع. ولهذا السبب، وضع المشرع الجزائري عددا كبيرا من القوانين لحماية هذه البيئة الطبيعية واستغلالها كمورد مالي مستدام. Abstract: The sea is a vast environment that requires careful regulation to preserve it both geographically and in terms of the links that contribute to its enhancement, especially those related to the economy, tourism and society. For this reason, the Algerian legislator has developed a large number of laws to protect this natural environment and utilize it as a sustainable financial resource.
