أساليب تنمية الموارد البشرية في ظل تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية بالمكتبات الجامعية: دراسة ميدانية بمكتبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية جامعة باجي مختار عنابة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الموارد البشرية ودورها الفعال في تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المكتبات الجامعية من خلال استخدام الأساليب العلمية الحديثة بغرض رفع التحديات والرهانات التي يفرضها الواقع التكنولوجي الرقمي، اخترنا " مكتبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة باجي مختار عنابة " كمجال للدراسة الميدانية للتعرف على واقع المكتبة، مقوماتها وخدماتها ومدى مساهمة مواردها البشرية في تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية و كذا المشاكل و الصعوبات التي تواجهها المكتبة محل الدراسة . طبقنا في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي في تحليل بيانات الدراسة واستخدمنا المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات وأخيرا قمنا بالتعليق على نتائج الدراسة الميدانية Abstract :This study focuses on the role of human resources in implementing electronic management in university libraries, addressing the challenges imposed by the digital technological reality. The research is based on the "Library of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Badji Mokhtar Annaba" to examine its structure, services, and the contribution of human resources to electronic management. It also investigates the challenges faced by the library. A descriptive approach was used to analyze the data, and interviews were conducted as a tool for information collection. The study concludes with a discussion of the findings. Résumé : Cette étude examine le rôle des ressources humaines dans la mise en œuvre de la gestion électronique des bibliothèques universitaires, touten abordant les défis liés à la réalité technologique numérique. Elle se concentre sur la "Bibliothèque de la Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université Badji Mokhtar Annaba" pour analyser sa structure, ses services et l'implication des ressources humaines dans la gestion
