الملخص

إنّ غدّة البروستات غدّة مهمّة في جسم الإنسان، تلعب دورا مهمّا في عملية التخصيب، إلاّ أنّها معرّضة للإصابة بمرض السرطان الخطير المهدّد لحياة الرجل إذا لم يعالج في أقرب وقت، ممّا يتطلّب ضرورة استئصالها جذريا، هذا الاستئصال الجذري الذي يؤدي لعدّة مضاعفات أهمها: اضطراب الانتصاب والتّدفّق المنوي، والسّلس البولي، وينجرّ عنها مسائل شرعية وقانونية بسبب الحرج الذي تسبّبه للمصاب، وعليه يستوجب علينا التّعرف على حكم الشرع ورأي القانون الوضعي فيها، هي: عدم تمكّن المستأصلة بروستاته من جماع زوجته، وإصابته بالعقم، فهل يجوز للزوجة طلب الطّلاق من زوجها الذي أجريت له عملية الاستئصال؟ وهل يغتسل المستأصلة بروستاته بعد جماع زوجته وحصوله على النشوة رغم عدم حصول الانتصاب عنده ؟ وما هو حكم الشرع في سلس البول الذي يسبّب له إحراجا في العبادات التي تتطلب الطهارة كالطّواف والصّلاة؟ كلّ هذه التساؤلات سأجيب عليها في هذا المقال. The prostate gland is an important gland in the human body, playing a crucial role in the fertilization process. however It is susceptible to developing a serious and life- threatening cancer in men if not treated promptly, necessitating its complete removal, this radical prostatectomy leads to several complications, the most significant erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory disorders, and urinary incontinence. These complications give raise religious and legal issues due to embarrassment they cause to the patient, we must ascertain the ruling of sharia and the opinion of positive low on this matter. Key issues addressed in this article include: The inability of a man who has undergone prostatectomy to engage in sexual intercourse with his wife and his resulting infertility. Can his wife request a divorce in this case? Does a person who has undergone prostatectomy need a perform ghusl after intercourse if he experiences sexual pleasure without an erection? What is the religious ruling on urinary incontinence, with causes embarrassment in acts of worship that require purity, such as prayer and circumambulation (tawaf )? I will answer all this questions in this article.
